Autumn in The Hague

Since the last blogpost I have been back home for a while. Lots of studying needed to be done (about how to get criminals into jail for example) so I didn’t have much time to capture stuff on film. I did shoot some portraits of people living in The Hague for a political party. It was really nice to meet new people and hear their stories!

That series isn’t complete yet though, but on my way home the autumn scenery begged to be photographed. Of course I didn’t – or couldn’t? – resist. Here are some of the results:

Koningsplein. This is near my home. Love this place. When I get the chance to walk down this square I will!

Konginnegracht. Quite a busy street near Central Station. In the back you see a building that used to house our Treasury Department but is now home to the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.

On my way back home from a portrait shoot. Next to Nassaulaan.

Koningsplein again. This time at night. Next to a nice bar/caf/restaurant. Love this scenery.
